FAULTY PRODUCTS

    • Any product found to be defective through a manufacturing or reproduction fault within one month of purchase will be replaced or a full refund of purchase price will be made.
    • All returns must be notified to Faithnet Media by email or phone with a description of fault within one month of purchase.
    • The product may or may not be required to be returned. Freight costs incurred for return of defective products are at the purchasers expense.
    • Note that we supply DVD's in DVD-R format. If your player is old and only plays DVD+R disks, we will exchange them.
    • Faithnet Media reserves the right to refuse faulty goods.  


RETURNED GOODS

    • Any items that you want to return must be returned, or at least notified to Faithnet Media, within one month of purchase,
    • Returns will be accepted on unused items only, with a copy of your invoice / receipt, and must still be in original condition. (ie: suitable for resale)
    • If items that have not been paid for are returned after more than one month, we may not accept them back, and payment or part therof may still be required.
    • Postage or freight for returned unwanted items are at the expense of the purchaser.
    • E-mail us for our postal address if you do return any items.
