HOW TO ORDER FROM FAITHNET

Note about our e-mail address

From within New Zealand

• All of our catalogue pages have now been changed over so you can buy directly on line through Paypal (Visa or Mastercard).
• You can order by clicking on the items you wish to purchase.
• For customers without credit cards in New Zealand, you may also order

• You can prepay your postal order, or we can invoice you and you can pay on receipt by Internet Banking or Cheque.
• Please note that payment is due on receipt of goods. Please support our ministry by paying promptly.
• Postage is extra on all orders, including from New Zealand
  
• Courier Post for special delivery is additional cost.

 

From Other Countries

• All of our products are now able to be purchased directly online through Paypal (Visa or Mastercard).
• You will be billed for the $NZ value, and converted by your Credit Card provider.
• For typical prices in your currency, and postage, click here.
• Airmail postage usually takes from 4 to 10 days, depending on the destination country.

Video System for your Country

• There are two kinds of video systems: NTSC and PAL. We will provide you with DVD's that can be used in your country.
• If you require a different system video from that of your country, please note this in your order.

DVD Disk Format

• The writeable DVD disks that we normally supply are DVD-R type.
• DVDs are now provided in flexible plastic mailing cases.
  
• If you have an older DVD player that does not support DVD-R disks, please order DVD+R disks. (Mark this on the order form)
• If you require an NTSC system DVD please mark that on the order also.
